Help Students to Sit for the SSC Exam 2010

Goal

The primary objective of this initiative is to raise a fund for the financially challenged students (SSC'10 candidates) to help them covering up their SSC'10 examination registration (form fillup) expenses. For many parents/guardians, paying this fee is a huge burden which forces premature drop out of many talents. We believe that with a little support from all of us, we can atleast ensure that these students are not stuck at the very early stage of their careers.

Previous Initiative

Our such initiative started two years back. In 2007, with the generous financial support from a lot of kind hearted people staying in different parts of the world, we were able to help 17 students from 3 different districts to pay their SSC form fill up expenses. In 2008, we were able to help 4 students with similar initiative. Here is the summary:

Using our existing network, we have identified a list of students. Our representatives personally contacted these students and their families. Complete list will be updated soon.

How It Works

Each student from the aforementioned list will be given an amount of Tk 1,500 (on average) for paying their form fill up expenses. We have representatives to deliver the money to each student.

Approx USD 23 For Each Student

Annur Rahman, Partha Pratim Saha, and Md. Sakib Sorower, all from Bangladesh, will be distributing money to students' local addresses.

How Can You Contribute

Interested person can donate any amount and the money will be saved in a fund from which students will receive their financial support.
