Help Some Brilliant Students to Continue Education (SSC 2012 Batch)

Goals

Like previous years, objective of this initiative is to raise a fund for the financially challenged students who achieved excellent results this year (2012) in S.S.C. examination, with all their financial and social adversaries. The Daily Prothom Alo has published successful stories of the some of these brilliant students on May 15, 2012. We believe that with a little support from all of us, like all our previous year students they can flourish their talents and develop their full potential.

Project Details

Primarily each student from the below-mentioned list will be given an amount of Tk 5,000 for their initial expenses to start college education. Then each month, they will receive Tk 1,000 to cover their expenses at college. We have representatives to deliver the money to each student. Interested person can donate any amount and the money will be saved in a fund from which students will receive their financial support regularly. You can also sponsor any student and contribute the necessary amount ($500) at one time or any flexible installments for the next one or two years. For example, you can send an initial amount of $100 (to cover the initial expenses of the student as listed above), and then send the rest amount ($400) as $100 for four times or $50 for eight times or $25 for 16 times, on a regular basis upto the student's HSC Exam.
