Helping Brilliant Students to Continue College Education (SSC 2017)

Goals

The goal of this project is to raise funds and help financially challenged students who showed promising results in SSC Exam 2017, the future pioneers of our beloved motherland. Every year we read about the success stories of these unprivileged students in daily newspapers, and feel an urge to help them within our limited capacity. This is a small effort to help some of them to successfully finish their college education; without worrying about the financial need and help them to concentrate on their studies. We believe that with a little support from all of us, they can and will flourish their inner talents and develop their full potential to build a prosperous Bangladesh.

Project Details

We will select students from all over Bangladesh. Initially, each selected student will be given an amount of Taka 5,000 for their initial expenses to start college education. Then each month, they will receive Taka 1,000 to cover their expenses at college. In addition, we will provide them registration fee of Taka 2500 for the HSC exam, and Taka 5000 for the post-HSC admission preparation. In total, we need 40,000/= Taka (US $500) to support a student for the next two years.

Here is the detailed expense estimation for each student (2 years up to H.S.C. Exam.):

We have representatives to deliver the money to each student. Interested person can donate any amount and the money will be saved in a fund from which students will receive their financial support regularly. You can also sponsor any student and contribute the necessary amount ($500) at one time or any flexible installments for the next one or two years. For example, you can send an initial amount of $100 (to cover the initial expenses of the student as listed above), and then send the rest amount ($400) as $100 for four times or $50 for eight times or $25 for 16 times, on a regular basis upto the student's HSC Exam.
